great stay near the lake
thermal pool spacious gardens room safe
I found the location super convenient, just a short walk to the town center. the outside thermal pool and gardens were spacious. i had a room with a balcony. It included a hairdryer and a safe.

Fantastic Stay with Lake Views!

The gardens face the lake directly. The view is fine! Breakfast offered many choices, especially fruit and vegetables. The outdoor thermal pool provided super views of the distant mountains. The staff was polite, kind, and helpful when needed.
The receptionist wasn't very friendly. She was rude and offensive.

The hotel has an outdoor thermal pool great for relaxation, regardless of the weather! The grounds offer direct lake access so you can swim with easy entry from the steps. The hotel also provides on-site parking!

Breakfast had a great variety of options. I loved the selection. The hotel restaurant had beautiful views, I really enjoyed eating there. The food was amazing! so convenient after a long day of sightseeing.

The location is perfect. It is right at the entrance of the historic town! The bus station is right in front. Made getting around very easy. The hotel is also next to the castle.

The hotel location is excellent. it is just a short walk to the historic center. there is also convenient private parking available. i also enjoyed the garden. It gives direct access to the lake and offers a beautiful view.
one receptionist named sonia was quite rude. she was offensive during my interactions. i heard she even cancelled another guest's reservation. i also noticed some mold and moisture problems in the room.
